Q.What's the minimum opening order?

Currently $1,500 minimum opening order for retail accounts; $3,000 for distributors. Reorder minimums are lower (typically $750). We're flexible during the early-partnership phase — talk to us.

Q.Do you have MAP policies?

Yes. Minimum Advertised Price is in place for all Hemp Botanical Water SKUs. Retail margins on MAP are typically 45-55%. Volume tiers improve from there.

Q.What about white-label / private-label?

Negotiable above $50K annual volume. We can produce custom-labeled product using our formulation IP, with co-developed marketing collateral. Private-label adds 4-6 weeks to lead time vs branded inventory.

Q.Lead times?

Branded inventory typically ships 5-10 business days from order. Custom batch (private-label or large white-label) is 4-8 weeks. Holiday-season lead times stretch — order early November for December delivery.

Q.Are you sending free samples?

Limited free-sample availability for serious wholesale prospects (we ask for company verification). Sample kit is one of each product, ground shipping. Tell us about your business in the form below; we'll send a kit if it's a fit.

Q.International / Canada?

Currently U.S.-only for direct shipping; Canadian wholesale is on the roadmap but blocked by hemp-derived-product import-classification work. Mexico and other markets are not currently feasible.
