1. FDA disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products and content available on this website (savedrecipe.com/mushrooms and the future production domain botanicalwaters.com) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are sold and described as dietary supplements and educational content, respectively, under the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA, 21 U.S.C. § 321 et seq.) for the products and general-information educational publishing for the content.

2. Not medical advice

Information on this site — including in product descriptions, lab result panels, education articles, research writeups, and any cited literature — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. It is not intended to replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or otherwise manage any health condition.

Specifically, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any dietary supplement (including but not limited to CBD, functional mushrooms, and other botanical extracts) if any of the following apply:

3. Research-stage content

Pages under /mushrooms/research/ describe extraction methods and product specifications that are not commercial offerings. They exist to document the science and engineering of natural-compound research, with the dual goal of (a) public educational value and (b) demonstrating manufacturing readiness for an eventual regulatory pathway. They do not constitute an offer to sell any product, do not represent inventory currently available, and do not authorize any sale or distribution of any controlled substance.

Anything that is sold on this site is sold from the /mushrooms/shop page only, where commerce is clearly indicated.

4. Hypothetical-product specifications + Schedule I substances

Two of the hypothetical product specifications under /mushrooms/research/products describe products containing psilocybin. Psilocybin is currently a Schedule I controlled substance under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act. We do not sell, distribute, market, or offer any psilocybin product. The hypothetical specs exist as research-stage engineering documentation. Email waitlists on those pages are exclusively for opt-in notification if and when a regulated commercial pathway opens; they are not pre-orders, and we will never accept payment for a Schedule I substance in violation of federal law.

5. Dose ranges + clinical evidence

Where this site cites dose ranges or biological effects, the sources are peer-reviewed literature. We make every effort to link directly to the citation. Even where a study is high-quality, an effect demonstrated in published research is not a guarantee that you, the individual reader, will experience the same effect. Individual response to dietary supplements varies based on genetics, baseline health status, gut microbiome, concurrent medications, and other factors that are not fully predictable. Treat published dose ranges as starting points for conversation with a healthcare provider, not as personal prescriptions.

6. Lab results

Every product sold direct via this site ships with a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) and the COA is mirrored at /mushrooms/labs. We use ISO 17025-accredited laboratories for testing. We test for cannabinoid profile (CBD, CBDA, total THC, total THCA), residual solvents per USP <467>, heavy metals per USP <232>, microbial contamination per USP <61>, mycotoxins, and a multi-residue pesticide panel. The COAs are the canonical reference; if a marketing claim on this site appears to differ from a COA, the COA wins.

This disclaimer may be updated to reflect changes in regulatory framework or product offerings. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the platform's newsletter.
